Instructors:

Connie Williams, M.Ed, Certified Yoga Intructor

Connie is a Certified Pranic Healing Instructor and is the Director of the Center for Pranic Healing and Wellness. She, along with her husband Kenneth, teach Pranic Healing courses in the Southeast. Connie holds a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has worked as a Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist for over 20 years. Connie is also a Sivananda Certified Yoga Instructor and has practiced yoga and meditation since 1989.

Christa Parent, Certified Montessori Instructor

Christa Parent holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She has worked with children and families for over 10 years as a Certified 3-6 Montessori Teacher and as a Certified Labor Doula and Childbirth Educator (CLD, CCCE). She has been teaching children's yoga for three years. Christa is currently pursuing her 200 hour RYA yoga teacher certification. Christa is also a Pranic Healer. She lives in Pensacola, Florida with her husband Blakely and daughter Eve.
